About the role: Operations Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customs brokerage operations and leading programs to enhance cross-border compliance. You will oversee on-time performance, cost metrics, and defect rates, ensuring that all partners adhere to internal and external standards.
You’ll also conduct regular performance reviews with Brokers, troubleshoot operational issues, and develop contingency plans for peak periods. This role includes travel within the EU/UK and collaboration on product launches and onboarding initiatives that enhance customer experience.
